For the five-year program, applications are accepted only through the Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS)
For the three-year program, applications can only be accepted from students who have completed the three core years of pediatric training and who are eligible to take the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) exam in pediatrics.
Applicants are evaluated on the basis of their medical school academic achievement, their pediatric residency record and on recommendations from former program directors or mentors. A personal interview with the pediatric neurology program director and PGME committee is mandatory for all candidates.
All applications for the three-year fellowship position will be processed through CaRMS.
