Subject: Well-being Program for Physicians-in-training

You will find within this section a document that describes the Well-being Program for Physicians-in-Training. Please read it carefully and familiarize yourself with its contents. This program is designed to assist you as a resident or fellow in preventing and managing personal, medical or academic problems if and when they may arise.

I cannot stress to you the importance of reading through this document in detail at this time; issues such as needle stick procedures and management of emotional difficulties are best understood well in advance of any potential event.

Please do not hesitate to contact me at 613-562-5413 if you encounter any academic difficulties or with your well-being in general.
