Graduates of a Foreign Medical School
Graduates of Foreign Medical Schools (outside Canada) must apply online with the Postgraduate Medical Education program.

For a complete application package, please be advised that you must UPLOAD the following documents commencing January 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020, with the exception of Simulation and Medical Education Fellowship applications, which must be submitted prior to June 30, 2020.
Please note: English translation of medical and specialty degrees are required if originals are not in English or French. The following documents are mandatory:
- Letter of Intent
- Curriculum Vitae
- Copy of Medical Degree (including original and English or French translation, translated by official translator) [Candidates must have graduated from a World Health Organization (WHO) medical school]
- Copy of specialty degree (including original and English or French translation, translated by official translator) in the discipline or sub-discipline sought
- English or French proficiency results (if applicable)
- Three (3) original letters of recommendation
Please note that applications will be limited to two sub-specialties.

Please note that in order to avoid delays, all applications for fellowship programs should be submitted before September 30th (with the exception of Simulation and Medical Education, which must be submitted by June 30th) for a July start date in the following year.
