Faculty of Medicine Wellness Week, 2019
From January 28 to February 1, kick off the winter semester with some relaxing activities and workshops designed to improve your well-being. Visit the University’s Wellness Week web page to learn more about all of the events taking place on campus. Below is a list of activities taking place specifically at RGN. All activities are FREE!
Form a team of 10 people including one team captain, and walk or run as many steps as you possibly can during the week. You will receive more information on the rules upon registration. To sign up, email wellness@uOttawa.ca before noon on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. The winning team will get glory and respect.

Art Therapy uses the creative arts as a form of therapy. This fantastic field has worked wonders for many people: it can help individuals express themselves, explore their emotions, manage addictions, and improve self-esteem. Art therapy is especially valuable in that it can help anyone! Maximum 15 participants. Please sign up via the registration page by Jan. 23 at 12pm.

Charades is an outrageously fun and exciting game for you and your friends! Before time runs out, guess the word on your head as your friends provide clues by dancing, singing, acting or sketching! To register, email mieuxetre.wellness@uOttawa.ca.
Thursday, January 31, 9-10 a.m. (French), 10:30-11:30 (English), in the Atrium
Join us for an interactive session that will help you build a personal budget that will allow you to save money and live your best life. This hour-long workshop will teach you the basics of money management and give you the tools you need to handle the unexpected. Sign up via the French or English registration pages.
Yoga at Your Desk
