Vice-President, Research Mona Nemer has been elected a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), the world’s largest general scientific society and publisher of the esteemed journal Science. Nemer, who is also a professor in the Faculty of Medicine, was named for her “distinguished contributions to molecular understanding of heart development and function and for excellence in the development of scientific and research organizations.” Congratulations!
