Undergraduate Program

We are currently seeking nominations for the Undergraduate Leadership Award from the CCFP. If you have worked with a student graduating in May who has chosen family medicine and would be a great candidate, you have until April 23rdto submit their name to Donna Williams (ugfmclerk@uottawa.ca).

Most students have completed their Community Preceptor Program and I have heard excellent positive feedback from their experience in family medicine. Thank you to all the preceptors who have participated!

CaRMS 2019 – Second Iteration

Second iteration CaRMS interviews took place at Montfort and our Central offices the week of March 18-22 2019.  We ran an information session and open forum for applicants, this included residents and faculty members from each site being available for questions throughout the day. This new format was a great success - Thanks to all those who helped make the interviews a success.  It is because of your hard work that we have fully matched after second iteration!
