Dr. Marie-Hélène Chomienne

Biography

Dr. Marie-Hélène Chomienne is a Clinical Scientist at the C.T. Lamont Primary Health Care Research Centre, a Researcher at the Bruyère Research Institute and Senior Researcher at the Institut de recherche de l’Hôpital Montfort. She is also a research advisor for the Consortium National de Formation en Santé and the program coordinator for both the Program of Society, Individual and Medicine and the Family Medicine Resident Program at the University of Ottawa. Dr. Chomienne’s research interests are in primary mental health care, determinants of health and health status of Francophone minority populations. Dr. Chomienne has also focused considerably on primary health care services, the organization of primary care and improving primary care delivery through interprofessional collaboration.
