Sharing the Value of Primary Care Research
Over the past decade, the C.T. Lamont Primary Health Care Research Centre, the research arm of the Department of Family Medicine, has established itself as a national leader in primary health care. Over that period, our members’ annual research operating funds increased from $2.1 million to 15.1 million and have made extraordinary contributions to the body of primary health care knowledge, supporting health systems transformation during a period of rapid evolution.
