As part of the undergraduate medical education program, the mandate of the rotation is to provide students with clinical exposure to the discipline of obstetrics and gynecology. Problem-assisted learning, weekly seminars, clinical/pathology work, teaching sessions and departmental teaching rounds are used to ensure the necessary clinical and basic science objectives are filled prior to the completion of medical school training.
With regard to post-graduate medical education, our residency training program not only offers excellence in training in all fields and subspecialties of obstetrics and gynecology, but also fosters the personal development of each trainee. Through innovative and cutting edge educational approaches, we enhance important knowledge and skills related to each resident’s specialty. We also take pride in mentoring and guiding individual residents through their career and provide them with resources that will support them and ensure their personal and academic success.
