Welcome to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Training Program.

The University of Ottawa's OBGYN Residency Program offers our residents excellent and comprehensive clinical and surgical experiences in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology with all sub-specialties being represented through rotations across all of Ottawa’s six major teaching sites. The invaluable experiences which you gain during your training with us will prepare you to excel in your clinical career.

University of Ottawa CaRMS Information Night 2021

The Obstetrics and Gynecology Program at the University of Ottawa will host an information night for prospective residents each year. This year, we are offering two virtual information evenings on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 and Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM EST via Microsoft Teams.

Our Program Directors – Dr. Constance Ling and Dr. Adam Garber and Montfort Site Supervisor - Dr. Barbara Sproule, and Academic Manager –Tracy Mitchell, as well as resident representatives from our program – would like to answer your questions about our Program - discuss the curriculum, showcase program events, learn about new initiatives, and what makes the ObGyn Residency Training Program at the University of Ottawa unique.
