Symposium on Systems Biology

The Ottawa Institute of Systems Biology in collaboration with the National Research Council and the Proteome Society announces it inaugural annual symposium entitled “Progress in Systems Biology” to be held in Ottawa November 17-18 2005. 

The Ottawa Institute of Systems Biology objectives are: to develop and apply systems biology to biological studies relevant to human diseases and to provide an educational program in systems biology that outreaches to the community. 

The purpose of the symposium is to promote proteomics and systems biology as well as discuss the latest developments in these areas. Invited lecturers will be speaking about proteomics, genomics, bioinformatics and biological applications.
