  • All medical/scientific faculty staff of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa
  • All employees of the Eastern Ontario Regional Laboratory Association (EORLA)
  • Residents (Anatomical Pathology and Microbiology) of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, University of Ottawa
  • Medical Students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa
  • Medical Students of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of the West Indies (St Augustine, Mona, Cave Hill campuses)

Registrants whose status cannot be validated will not be granted complimentary registration and will have to register as a paying registrant through here: Eply Registration

The applicable registration fees for paying registrants are as follows:

  • Regular Registration fee of US$35 (April 8-April 21, 2022)
