Dr. Nancy Dudek received her medical degree from The University of Western Ontario in 1999. She became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 2004 in the specialty of physical medicine and rehabilitation. In 2005, she completed a Master’s of Education program at the University of Toronto. She has a diverse clinical practice and since 2004 has been on staff at The Rehabilitation Centre at The Ottawa Hospital, the Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre and the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO). She focuses on amputee rehabilitation, prosthetics, orthotics and neuromuscular medicine. Dr. Dudek has served as the director for the physical medicine and rehabilitation residency program. She is the recipient of an Ottawa Hospital Compass Award, the Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada Young Educators Award, and the Dr. Meridith Marks Educator Award for Innovation and Scholarship in Medical Education.
