Registration fee refunds apply to residents and fellows and must be submitted no more than 30 calendar days after the trainee’s final day of training. Forms submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued by e-transfer to the bank account the payment was made from; please allow approximately 8 weeks for processing.
Below are the amounts a trainee will be refunded depending on the month he/she completes training, based on a current fee of $875.00 per year. Note that partial months are rounded to the end of the month training is completed.
