The PGME Office is committed to supporting all its faculty and programs as they transition to CBME. To that end, we’ve compiled resources to help Program Directors design and implement Faculty Development programs for their staff. Below is a menu-driven toolkit.

On July 1, 2015 the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Ottawa implemented a CBME program. Their efforts to prepare faculty to teach and assess residents within this new training paradigm, as well as their experiences preparing faculty for CBME are documented in SpringerLink website.
