These are unprecedented times and many are experiencing heightenent anxiety and stress, especially phsycians and health care providers. There are lots of support and resources for health providers and we'd like to highlight some.

The Wellness Connection: group sessions address a range of topics (pper support, psychological firs aid, mindful parenting, compassion rounds, stress reduction practices, preventing & overcoming burnout). All sessions are delivered by trained facilitators, many of who are also physicians. - ECHO Coping with COVID - online weekly forum for health care providers to discuss and share around wellness and resilience, past presentations are available
