Capital Choice Counselling is network of over 40 Registered Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, and counsellors in the Ottawa area. The regular fee is $ 150.00 per one counselling hour. The fee could be lower depending on financial situation. The fee for intern counsellors is $70.00 or less, if in financial need. The fee could also be higher depending on counsellors credentials.

This Ontario-based virtual (video/voice) service connects you with therapists who can treat issues from depression, grief and anxiety to eating disorders, psychosis/schizophrenia and more. Fill out a survey to select a counsellor — there are psychotherapists and registered social workers as well as life coaches. Your first video session is free to make sure it’s a good match, and then you’ll pay $37.50 per 30-minute session.
