Radiation Oncology submission entitled Nunavut Cancer Clinic is this year’s winner of the PFAC Award! The committee highlighted the importance of this initiative to improve access to oncology services for the residents of Nunavut. Additional comments reflected the truly humanitarian efforts put forth by the team. To help people stay close to home and provide support when they are so vulnerable is an immeasurable gift.
I want to add my congratulations to the Radiation Oncology team and reinforce the praise above.
