- To develop an understanding of common urological problems including oncology, trauma, stone disease, voiding dysfunction and urinary tract infections.
- To be comfortable with the management of common urological emergencies.
- To gain a proficiency in performing minor urological procedures such as catheterizations.
Students will take part in an integrated team based service with exposure to wards and emergency patients, major surgical cases, endoscopic procedures, outpatient clinics including subspecialty clinics and research topics are an option.
Location: The Ottawa Hospital, Civic Campus & General Campus
