Curriculum Interrogation Tool (CIT)

The Curriculum Interrogation Tool allows you to:

  • Display objectives mapped to a course, in the language stream of your choice.
  • Review and search from the displayed objectives by keyword or objective number.

How to use the interrogation tool

  1. Select the desired language stream.
  2. Select between Pre-clerkship or Clerkship courses.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select a course.
    Objectives of that course will then display on the screen, sorted by event (pre-clerkship) or sub-specialty (clerkship).  

 

Create a direct link on the home screen of your mobile device

On iOS devices:

  • Access the tool via your Safari browser.
  • Select the 
    iOS icon for CTT
     icon at the bottom-center of the browser.
  • Select the “Add to Home Screen” icon from the group of options.

On Android devices:

  • Access the tool via your Chrome browser.
  • Select the
    Adroid icon
     icon at the top-right of the browser.
  • Select the “Add to Home Screen” text from the group of options.

 

How to search through objectives displayed
  1. On a Windows PC, press CTRL + f and type in the search word or objective number to search for.
  2. On a MAC, press Command + f and type in the search word or objective number to search for.
  3. On an iOS device using Safari: 
    • Option 1: 
      1. Tap on the browser address bar.
      2. Type in the search word(s) or objective number in the text field.
      3. Below the text field, tap on the search option presented to you under the “On This Page” header.
    • Option 2:
      1. Tap on the icon.
      2. Select the “Find on Page” option from the list of options.
      3. Type in the search word(s) or objective number in the text field.
  1. On an Android device using the Chrome browser:
    1. Select the icon and then choose the “Find in page” option from the menu.
    2. Type in the search word(s) or objective number.
    3. Number of matches found is then displayed with up/down arrows allowing you to browse through them.
